Parth Parmar, Director of PARÉ Innovations, talks to Corporate World on leadership, innovation and his vision for the future of design

Parth Parmar, Director of PARÉ Innovations Pvt. Ltd., is transforming the landscape of architectural surfaces and facade solutions in India. Known for launching proprietary product lines like Soffit Panels, Baffles, Acoustical Panels and XTERIA SLIM PANELS, he has positioned PARÉ as a national leader in design-first building materials that blend durability with aesthetic innovation. Under his leadership, PARÉ has introduced India’s first dual-tone cladding panel (INNOV2+), seamless two-tone ceiling panels (DUO) and exterior facade systems that solve real-world challenges while enhancing design experiences.Founded with a mission to disrupt legacy manufacturing formats in India, PARÉ Innovations is rooted in technical excellence, engineered durability and rapid material innovation. Flagship offerings like SOFFIT and DURA+ have become category-defining benchmarks. Parth’s leadership philosophy, centered around agility, mentorship and design disruption, has helped build an innovation-driven culture where cross-functional teams collaborate on pushing material boundaries.
Beyond leading domestic expansion, Parth has played a crucial role in positioning PARÉ globally in markets such as Mauritius, Kenya, Nepal and the Middle East to name a few, through products like PARÉ Acoustical Panels and the company’s new venture into PARÉ Flooring. Every product reflects PARÉ’s unwavering commitment to quality, visual excellence and architectural performance.
In this conversation with Corporate World, Parth shares insights into his product-first leadership style, the brand’s unique innovation ecosystem and his long-term vision to take Indian-made surfaces global, one bold solution at a time.

I lead by example, staying hands-on while giving my team room to grow. Initially, I was deeply involved in every design, specification and even product testing cycle. Over time, I have shifted to empowering key leaders across our R&D, production and design teams. Today, my style is about setting a bold product vision, such as pioneering hard-shell acoustical panels that mimic real wood, and aligning teams to execute with speed, autonomy and creative freedom. As we scale, I focus more on building a culture of initiative-taking, open dialogue and cross-functional ownership. I coach emerging leaders across departments, from acoustics to flooring, to think entrepreneurially. When people at PARÉ take end-to-end ownership of innovations like Soffit Dual Tone or our new flooring product line, they do not just follow; they lead.
Product Innovation
It always begins with a question: what problem can we solve better and more beautifully than what is currently available? That is how innovations like our dual-shade INNOV2+, our ceiling solution DUO, or acoustical panels that combine noise absorption with a wood-look aesthetic came to life. We observe gaps in the global and Indian market, prototype rigorously, and refine repeatedly.Take Soffit for example. India had no durable ceiling panel that felt premium, modular and replicated a real wood look. We changed that. Similarly, with PARÉ Baffles and Acoustical Panels, we are redefining how commercial and public spaces handle both sound and visual appeal. It is not just innovation for the sake of it; it is purposeful, performance-driven and beautiful.
Culture of Innovation
We move fast. We prototype even faster. At PARÉ, there’s no 'innovation team'; innovation is everyone's responsibility. Whether it’s someone from quality control suggesting a new profile for Soffit, or our sales team giving input on texture demand for our new Flooring product line, ideas are welcomed from every corner.I ensure we celebrate not just the successes but also the bold attempts. That’s how products like Xteria Slim Panels and our Acoustical Series were born through bold thinking, fast trials, and continuous feedback. The only non-negotiable is progress.
Daily Motivation
Seeing a wall cladded in Louver Panels or a school auditorium fitted with our Soffit panels and knowing that PARÉ made that possible is deeply fulfilling. Every time we introduce something truly new, whether it is flooring or vertical panels like Linea Panels, it is a reaffirmation of our vision.
I am motivated by the impact we create, including beautiful spaces, quieter environments and happy clients, and by the opportunity to set the benchmark for the next generation of materials in India. The process of ideation, prototyping, market testing and seeing transformation at site level is what drives my commitment to innovation.”
Team Building
We don’t just hire for CVs; we hire for curiosity and hunger. Whether it’s our R&D engineer developing our next LVT range or a graphic designer working on a Soffit campaign, we immerse every team member in why we exist: to solve real-world design challenges with beautiful materials. We cross-train, co-create, and push people beyond silos. When the same person who worked on INNOV+ packaging is now contributing to the product naming for our flooring line, that’s when you know the culture is working. It’s that type of empowered, creative ecosystem that fuels our long-term success.
Product Prioritization
We balance boldness with business sense. A product must either solve a real issue like our PARÉ Acoustical Panels tackling noise pollution or offer strong aesthetic differentiation like our Duo ceiling panels. But timing is everything too. LVT and SPC flooring had global momentum and we knew India was ready. So we stack-rank based on scalability, problem-solution clarity, visual impact, and margin potential. If it ticks most boxes, we go full speed. The idea is to launch something that not only excites but also endures.
International Expansion
Yes, and the journey has already begun. Our export network is growing rapidly. Whether it’s INNOV2+ going to luxury villas in Mauritius, or XTERIA Slim Facades used in Kenyan hospitality projects; we’re seeing real traction. The next leap is PARÉ Flooring, we want to take our products to regions where design taste meets technical expectations. We’re aligning with global distributors and design consultants who appreciate Indian innovation with international class. This journey is just beginning, and we’re confident in the global relevance of our collections.
I want to be known not just for building PARÉ, but for raising the standard of what’s possible in Indian design manufacturing. For bringing aesthetics, R&D, and scalability under one roof. For making dual-tone ceiling panels a norm, not a novelty. For launching hard-shell acoustics that made Indian public spaces quieter. For creating a flooring line that competes globally. If in 10 years someone starts a material innovation company and says they were inspired by PARÉ, that will be my legacy.
